Being able to identify and describe, through tasting, the main whisky categories, on the level of production processes as well as sensory identity.
Developing skills to produce a quality whisky.
AUDIENCE
This course is aimed at any person wishing to strengthen their knowledge of whiskies: craft distiller, sales person, brand ambassador, wholesaler, retailer, independent bottler.
PREREQUISITE : to have attended the F1B module or to prove your general knowledge of spirits.
