Personal data

Through its website and newsletters, the International Centre for Spirits - CIDS -gathers data about you, only aimed at managing and optimising your access to our information and training services, including reminders and communication. It is kept for the amount of time necessary for processing, is used only by the International Centre for Spirits, and will in no case be transmitted to third parties. 

In accordance with French legislation on data processing and civil liberties, you may exercise your right to access and rectify your personal information by contacting us.

Total or partial reproduction of the contents of this website (centre-spirits.org) must have the prior permission of the International Centre for Spirits and Liqueurs.

Any integral or partial reproduction or representation without the permission of the author, or his beneficiaries, or his assignees, is unlawful. It is considered as a counterfeit and as such, is punishable by two years of imprisonment and a fine of 152,450 euros (article L335-2, code de la propriété intellectuelle).

The Centre reserves the right to refuse any hypertext link to sites with contents incompatible with those of this website (centre-spirits.org).
