1 – In your opinion, what are the most important problematics regarding stock control and spirits blending for the next decade?

The main thing is that the average age of eaux-de-vie in stocks should decrease in most cognac houses, whether big or small. Therefore, it is necessary to optimise the ageing period, which is obviously likely to be shorter.
