OBJECTIVE
Taste liqueurs in a professional manner, identify the role of different variables in the production of a liqueur, choose the right equipment for production, take into account the regulations and constraints of certain recipes.
AUDIENCE
Current or future liqueur makers, technicians, sales people, marketers... This training course is designed for people who want to produce liqueurs, or who want to improve their knowledge and skills in liqueur production, taking all parameters into account.
